Role Summary

Sopra Steria has by far Norway's largest professional environment for ServiceNow, and we are growing further! We currently have around 200 committed ServiceNow consultants in Norway and now see the need for more skilled people to strengthen our team locally in Trondheim. Do you have experience with ServiceNow, or similar platforms for process automation, and want to become part of Norway's leading professional environment for ServiceNow? With us, you will work with skilled and committed colleagues in a professionally exciting and very good social environment. You will be responsible for consulting, design and implementation of solutions associated with the ServiceNow platform, and work with the most exciting customers in Norway, both within the private and public sector. Sopra Steria has invested in ServiceNow since 2015 and has gradually developed expertise and built a large portfolio of customers. We are an Elite Partner of ServiceNow, and proud winners of the EMEA App Development Platform award 2022.

Requirements

You have several years of work experience within IT, and have built up a good understanding of how technology can streamline and improve work processes. You understand the customer's needs well and have a strong desire to create good customer experiences. You see the connection between different systems, understand how these are used and how to create added value for the customer. In addition, it is important for you to have a good working environment where you can spar with colleagues and share your own knowledge - Power of Sharing, as we call it!

We are looking for you who have

• Experience with digitization platforms such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, HP Service Manager or similar
• Higher education, and preferably relevant certifications
• Good Norwegian and English skills, both oral and written
• Or
• System developer background with basic technical skills in HTML, JavaScript, CSS or similar
