Role Summary

Responsibilities - Develop and implement new functionality within the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements

• Support and maintain existing features
• Collaborate with team members and representatives from the client to ensure that the quality solutions provided align with their expectations

Requirements - Experience with the development and administration of the ServiceNow platform

• Expertise in integrating ServiceNow with third-party solutions and tools
• Understanding of the Agile development process
• Strong analytical skills
• Basic understanding of ITIL
• English language level - B2 and higher
