Service Planner

Service Planner at Konecranes in Katowice, Silesian Voivodeship, Poland.

Responsibilities

• Preparing a work plan for service teams based on the inspection schedule;
• Delegating technicians to emergency calls from customers;
• Delegating service teams to assembly works and planned modernizations.
• E-mail and telephone contact with the customer in order to arrange customer service visits;
• System control, closing and monitoring orders in the system;
• Daily cooperation with other departments

Requirements

We expect from the candidate

At least secondary education, knowledge of the lifting equipment market will be a big plus!

• 3 years of professional experience in a similar position,
• Knowledge of English at a communicative level,
• Focus on achieving goals, responsibility and commitment to performed tasks,
• Ability to build good relationships with clients and colleagues,
