Role Summary

• Responsible for preparing tables according to restaurant standards
• Attentive care of guests during their stay
• Assist in taking orders and serving food and beverages
• Friendly and professional communication with guests to understand and meet their needs
• Answering questions about food, beverages and special requests
• Work closely with other service and kitchen staff
• Assist in various areas of the restaurant as needed

Requirements

• Experience in a comparable position or completion of gastronomic training
• Passionate about providing superior customer service and hospitality
• Team-oriented working style and communication skills
• Knowledge of food and drinks, ideally with experience in fine dining
• Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends
• Very good knowledge of German and English
