Role Summary

Forget the cubicle. Forget the endless, soul-crushing meetings. If the roar of a V-twin engine gets your blood pumping, and you have a knack for turning a customer’s vision into a reality, we want you on our team.

At Mancuso Harley-Davidson we're not just selling and servicing motorcycles; we’re fueling a lifestyle. We're looking for a charismatic and detail-oriented Service Writer to be the first point of contact for our riders. You’ll be the trusted advisor who helps them get back on the road with a grin. You’re more than a service advisor—you're a Road Captain, plotting the course for their next adventure.

What You'll Be Steering

Become a H-D Whisperer: Greet every rider like they're family. Listen to their stories, diagnose their needs, and turn their mechanical hiccups into a custom plan for continued wind in the face.

Keep the Chrome Rolling: Efficiently write up service orders, coordinate with our top-notch technicians, and manage the workflow from start to finish. You’ll be the glue that keeps our service department humming.

The Go-To Communicator: Keep our riders in the loop with timely updates, clear explanations, and a positive, can-do attitude. No jargon, just straight talk.

Master of the Estimate: Create accurate and transparent service quotes, explaining costs and timelines with confidence.

Fuel the Dream: Suggest custom parts, performance upgrades, and accessories that will make our riders' bikes truly their own.

Your Toolkit

A passion for the open road and the Harley-Davidson brand is a huge plus (but not required). We can teach you the rest.

Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally as a service writer, advisor, or in high-end retail.

An organized brain that can track multiple jobs without breaking a sweat.

Excellent communication skills—in person, on the phone, and in writing.

A friendly, energetic, and professional personality that fits our culture of family, fun, and freedom.

A motorcycle endorsement is preferred, but we will help the right candidate get theirs.

The Perks of the Open Road

Excellent pay with a bonus structure based on performance.

Health, dental, and vision insurance.

Employee discounts on parts, accessories, and gear.

The best team you’ll ever work with, fueled by a shared passion.

A dynamic, fast-paced, and fun work environment where every day is a new adventure.

Ready to Ride?

Don't just get a job—join the Harley-Davidson family. If you're ready to make a career out of your passion, we want to talk.

Click here to apply online or stop by the dealership with your resume. Your journey starts here!

We are one of the largest Harley-Davidson dealers in the United States and have a heritage of performance. Just Google the Mancuso name to see. If it has wheels, we know how to make it go faster! Our staff from the top managers to the part-time employees all treat everyone like family.
