To support our exceptional teams that develop great products and contribute to our growth, we are looking for a Senior Technology Manager (m/f/d) for our location in Althofen, Carinthia.

As a Senior Technology Manager (m/f/d), you are responsible for the technological development of our location and have a significant impact on the production landscape of the future. Together with your team, you identify new technologies, develop strategic roadmaps and implement them successfully.

This is what awaits you in your new role: - Development and implementation of the technology roadmap for our manufacturing and production processes

  • Leadership and further development of our technology team
  • Evaluation, development and implementation of new manufacturing and automation technologies
  • Management of strategic technology and development projects
  • Responsible for technology projects, budgets and the analysis and calibration laboratory
  • Collaboration with international corporate locations, customers and technology partners
  • Identification of technology trends and their translation into competitive production solutions

These skills would be great: - Completed technical training (HTL, FH, university) in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering or comparable

  • Several years of experience in a technical management position in an industrial environment
  • Experience in the development and implementation of new technologies and production processes
  • Leadership skills and enjoyment of developing employees and experts
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or comparable methods
  • Strategic thinking skills, innovative strength and high implementation skills
  • Very good knowledge of German and English and willingness to travel internationally
