Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior Consultant with a solid technical base to participate in projects for the implementation and evolution of payroll and HR ERP solutions, working autonomously and in direct contact with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Active participation in implementation, evolution and support projects of ERP solutions.
  • Interlocution and Leadership: Act as the main point of contact with stakeholders and client managers, proactively managing their expectations. Direct dialogue with clients (customer facing role), understanding their needs and providing effective solutions.
  • Business Analysis: Thoroughly understand the client's operational needs in terms of payroll, personnel administration and integration map to translate them into functional and technical specifications.
  • Team Management: Coordinate and motivate the multidisciplinary team assigned to the project (functional consultants, developers, QA, etc.).
  • Risk and Quality Control: Identify possible deviations in projects, mitigate risks and ensure that the final product meets quality and safety standards under legal regulations.
  • Control the delivery process.

Requirements

  • 🛠️ Technologies you should know
  • Java (8+ / 11 / 17)
  • REST APIs, JSON
  • Knowledge of databases (Oracle, MySQL…)
  • Advanced Unix handling
  • Management and knowledge of repositories (GitLab, Bitbucket)
  • Continuous integration (CI/CD), Jenkins, Sonar
  • Other desirable requirements
  • Current PMI certification (PMP or CAPM)
  • Application security (OWASP, vulnerability management)
  • Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban)
  • Have worked on large projects related to payroll/personnel administration ERP
  • Domain knowledge: previous experience managing Payroll, HR ERP implementation projects (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Meta4, Sage, or own developments).
  • Experience of at least 5 years as a consultant in IT or ERP environments.
  • Technical profile with the ability to understand integrations, data and functional architecture.
  • Experience working autonomously, managing your own tasks and priorities.
  • Accustomed to working in customer facing environments.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • Proactive, decisive and quality-oriented attitude.
  • Education: degree in Engineering (preferably Computer Engineering), telecommunications or equivalent professional experience.
