Responsibilities

Your day to day life at Conta Simples

• Act autonomously throughout the software development life cycle;
• Work with good code development and design practices, promoting quality and maintainability of new and current projects;
• Define and implement solutions that meet quality requirements autonomously;
• Contribute to the development of other developers;
• Conduct initiatives, definitions and alignments with other areas with autonomy;
• Monitor and operate solutions in production, ensuring performance, reliability and quality;
• Use AI tools (code assistants, agents and automations) critically to accelerate the delivery cycle, maintaining code quality, security and maintainability standards;
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, bringing technical insights and contributing to product strategy.
• Solid experience in software development and architecture;
• Mastery of OOP and good practices such as SOLID, Design Patterns and Clean Code;
• Experience with TypeScript (or Java, or Kotlin, or Go);
• Knowledge and experience in React and React Native;
• Solid knowledge in automated testing (Jest, Mocha, Testing Library, etc.);
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases;
• Knowledge in Cloud Computing (AWS Serverless is a plus);
• Mastery of communication protocols, REST APIs and good integration practices;
• Practical experience using AI tools in the development flow, with the ability to critically evaluate the results generated, in addition to contributing to the evolution of skills and AI Agents in the software development flow.
• Protagonist mentality, with autonomy to lead initiatives and propose improvements.
