Senior Salesforce Developer - Salesforce Platform- México Only

Role Summary

At DaCodes we are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join an enterprise project in the financial sector focused on the evolution, optimization and modernization of a highly customized Salesforce platform.

We are looking for a highly hands-on person, with a taste for technical development, complex problem solving and the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment with multiple simultaneous requirements.

• This position will have a key role participating in:
• evolutionary maintenance

We especially value profiles with ownership, analytical thinking, proactivity and experience providing technical improvements within complex Salesforce ecosystems.

Solid experience developing with

• Apex
• Lightning Components / LWC
• SOQL/SOSL
• Triggers
• REST/SOAP APIs
• Salesforce Integrations

Experience working on highly customized Salesforce platforms.

Experience in evolutionary maintenance and improvement of existing solutions.

Experience fixing, optimizing or refactoring legacy code.

Experience working with modern Salesforce Flows and automations.

Knowledge of good Salesforce development practices.

Experience participating in deployments and releases.

Knowledge of Git/GitHub or version control tools.

Technical analysis and problem solving skills.

Technical English for documentation and technical work.

Responsibilities

• Analyze functional and technical requirements.
• Design and develop solutions on the Salesforce Platform.
• Participate in maintenance, refactoring and improvement of existing functionalities.
• Correct and optimize processes, automations and legacy components.
• Implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems through APIs.
• Participate in technical modernization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Optimize automations using modern Salesforce tools like Flows.
• Investigate, diagnose and resolve technical/productive issues.
• Perform technical and functional tests.
• Participate in deployments and releases to production.
• Document changes and follow internal audit and control processes.
• Actively collaborate with functional and technical teams.
• Propose technical improvements, new practices and optimization opportunities within the platform.

Requirements

6 years of experience working with Salesforce Development.

Nice to Have

• Active Salesforce Certifications.
• Previous experience with Service Cloud
• Experience modernizing Salesforce legacy orgs.
• Experience with CI/CD.
• Experience migrating logic from Apex/Jobs to Flows.
• Knowledge of Salesforce enterprise architecture.
• Experience working in regulated or financial environments.
• Experience working under auditable processes or compliance.
