Role Summary
Develops Portfolio Project Planning, in order to meet the Client's Strategic Planning, considering the annual and multi-annual vision, defining priorities and sequential activities to ensure compliance with physical and financial goals.
Coordination of Planners' activities and interface monitoring, with weekly consolidation of progress and control information on portfolio Projects, evaluating trends and deviations, promoting physical and financial replanning, team guidance and alignment with all areas involved.
Physical and Financial Planning of Portfolio Projects according to Strategic Planning;
Consolidation of update information for all Portfolio Projects, evaluating Progress, Performance and Trends in physical and financial advancement.
Performance Monitoring of Project Implementation and portfolio replanning to ensure compliance with Client Goals and Commitments.
Monitoring of risk control and mitigation activities.
Prioritization of Projects in relation to the Client's commitments and goals.
Preparation of updated status reports on the Project Portfolio.
Requirements
Training in Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related areas.
Postgraduate, MBA or specific extension course
- Proficiency in using Primavera P6, Risk Analysis, MS Office, MS Project, Knowledge of Project Management and PMI practices (PMP certification preferred).
- Experience with Data Center works (Desirable).
- Experience in industrial projects and infrastructure works.
- Advanced and/or fluent English (conversation, reading and writing) is mandatory.
- Availability to travel for work.
