  • Manage multi-entity and cross-jurisdiction implementations and account opening requests, including cross-region deals.
  • Build and run implementation plans with clear scope, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and governance routines.
  • Lead client-facing activities including workshops, solution refinement, project planning, testing coordination, and documentation management.
  • Coordinate internal partners across sales, product, legal, compliance, operations, technology, and client service to deliver on commitments.
  • Track delivery progress, manage risks and issues, and escalate when needed to protect timelines and outcomes.
  • Ensure adherence to audit, risk, and control requirements, maintaining clear documentation and evidence.
  • Provide subject matter support on international regulatory requirements, products, documentation, and services.
  • Contribute to regional and global initiatives and process improvements that enhance client experience and internal efficiency.

  • Experience or knowledge in treasury, cash management, finance, or payments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations and tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently in a cross-functional, global environment and influence stakeholders across teams.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Experience with automation or data tools such as Alteryx, UiPath, or Python, and a track record of improving processes.
  • Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as SAP or Oracle in a finance or treasury context.
  • Knowledge of payment file and connectivity methods such as ISO XML, SFTP, application programming interface, or SWIFT.
