Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior MuleSoft Developer to join our team. In this position, you will play a key role in optimizing data integration workflows and improving the scalability and efficiency of solutions built on the MuleSoft platform.

Responsibilities - Collaborate with a team of 6-10 members and coordinate with external partners to deliver MuleSoft development projects

  • Participate in regular meetings with client managers and internal teams to discuss project plans and updates
  • Utilize strong communication skills to foster collaboration and share ideas within the team
  • Manage multiple priorities effectively and adapt to evolving project needs in a dynamic environment
  • Perform technical research, analyze findings, and propose strategies for process improvement
  • Design and create new features and enhancements based on input from analysts and product owners
  • Provide ongoing support, implement updates, and refine existing functionalities during maintenance phases

Requirements - At least 3 years of hands-on experience working with the MuleSoft platform

  • Demonstrated ability to manage large data volumes and apply complex business logic in integration workflows
  • Experience connecting external systems and resolving complex technical challenges
  • Expertise in leveraging MuleSoft for API-based connectivity and integration
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively within a medium-sized group
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and consistency in daily tasks
  • Proficient in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills at a B1+ level

Nice to have - Experience in the telecommunications industry

  • Proven ability to optimize performance and scalability in extensive MuleSoft implementations
