Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior Manual Tester to offer expertise in Functional Testing.
You will assess User Stories, create functional test cases, perform them, and document bugs alongside their resolution progress. If you are driven by quality assurance through testing, we encourage you to apply.
This role requires flexibility to work under a hybrid arrangement with 3 days in the Lisbon office.
Responsibilities - Analyze User Stories to determine testing requirements
- Create functional test cases that align with project objectives
- Perform both functional and non-functional tests
- Document identified bugs with thorough descriptions
- Monitor the resolution progress of documented bugs
- Actively communicate test outcomes with developers
- Take part in team discussions about testing strategies
- Contribute to improving testing methodologies
- Keep test documentation current and well-organized
- Aid in incorporating test automation into processes
Requirements - Background in Functional Testing with 3 to 5 years of experience
- ISTQB Foundation Level certification
- Competency in reporting and monitoring bugs
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps for managing test tasks
- Fluency in Portuguese for effective communication
- Knowledge of usability testing standards
Nice to have - Proficiency in test automation tools
- Familiarity with performance testing approaches
