  • Power Management Optimization: Oversee the design and optimization of power systems to maximize battery life and efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Design, Firmware, Software, Product Management, and Operations teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems within the overall product.
  • Testing & Validation: Define and oversee electrical testing and validation plans to ensure robust product performance and reliability.
  • Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Identify and proactively address potential electrical design risks.

Requirements

We would love to have you on the team if you have:

  • 8+ years of experience in managing electrical engineering teams, with a significant focus on embedded systems and low-power design, preferably within very high volume consumer electronics or wearable devices.
  • Deep expertise in analog and digital circuit design, power management, and sensor integration.
  • Depth in both testing and validation methodologies for electrical systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
  • Significant experience working with overseas manufacturing partners.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
  • A strategic mindset with a passion for creating innovative and high-quality products.
