Role Summary

BUILD OUR GROUP ACCOUNTING FOR THE NEXT PHASE OF GROWTH.

Black Semiconductor is growing internationally and is converting its international reporting to IFRS as of January 1, 2027. At the same time, we are now creating the finance structures that we need for our further development and international expansion.

In this role, you don’t just take over existing processes – you help shape them. You will further develop our group accounting, reporting and consolidation structures and work closely with finance leadership, CFO and management.

OUR TECHNOLOGY

Our technology addresses the increasing demands of the semiconductor industry for more powerful chips with higher bandwidth and lower energy consumption. We enable chips to be connected to high-throughput computer networks with minimal latency.

The key factor is leveraging the unique physical properties of graphene to combine electronic computing with photonic communication. This allows countless chips to interact with each other as if they were a single system. Our graphene photonics innovation takes computing power and efficiency to new levels.

In short: We network chips into powerful, energy-efficient systems and, with our graphene technology, overcome the previous limits of connectivity in the semiconductor industry.

Responsibilities

• Group Accounting & IFRS: You will continue to build our group accounting and IFRS structures and continuously develop them further as part of our international expansion.
• Consolidation & Group Reporting: You are responsible for central issues relating to consolidation, group reporting and the further development of our group-wide reporting structures.
• International companies: You support the establishment and integration of our international subsidiaries and further develop the necessary accounting structures.
• Collaboration & Ownership: You work closely with finance leadership, CFO, management and relevant stakeholders and contribute your expertise where technical depth and hands-on implementation are required.

Requirements

THIS IS WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

• Several years of experience in group accounting, group accounting, consolidation or international reporting
• Sound knowledge of IFRS and experience with international accounting structures
• Experience with international corporate structures and their accounting requirements
• Proven experience in the development and further development of group-wide accounting, reporting or consolidation processes
• Experience in actively driving forward finance transformations, change projects or comparable development projects
• Strong hands-on mentality, sense of responsibility and joy in building structures independently
• Very good knowledge of German and English
