Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced General Practitioner Senior (Supervisor) to join our healthcare organization in Ciujung, Indonesia. In this leadership role, you will provide clinical supervision, deliver high-quality patient care, and mentor junior medical staff. You will be responsible for overseeing daily clinical operations while maintaining the highest standards of medical practice and patient safety.

  • Provide direct patient care through comprehensive medical consultations, diagnoses, and treatment planning
  • Supervise and mentor junior general practitioners and medical staff, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and best practices
  • Conduct clinical assessments and make sound medical decisions based on patient presentations and diagnostic findings

Requirements

  • Valid medical license to practice as a General Practitioner in Indonesia
  • Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in general medical practice
  • Proven supervisory or leadership experience in a healthcare setting
  • Strong clinical diagnostic and treatment expertise
  • Proficiency in medical documentation and electronic health records (EHR) systems
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Indonesian healthcare regulations and standards
  • Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills
