Responsibilities

What are you going to do?

As a senior Java developer, you will have a central role in advising our customers in complex IT projects. Your expertise in various Java environments will be crucial to ensure that our solutions fully meet the customer's expectations, so that the customer also calls next time. You thus become a key player in translating the customer's business needs into technical solutions while ensuring that all stakeholders are involved and informed through clear and effective communication.

• You are more than your code as responsible for defining tasks and estimating project scope. Your ability to navigate complex business processes and workflows will be essential to ensure our solutions integrate seamlessly into the client's environment.
• We value your ability to predict and accommodate changes in our clients and expect you to take responsibility to ensure that all projects are successful. You will work closely with customers on a daily basis either at their location, from home or from our office in the center of Copenhagen.

You are an experienced and enterprising consultant who thrives on being deeply involved in the client's business. You see it as your noblest task to challenge the status quo constructively to ensure the optimal solution. As a team player, you actively contribute to an inspiring professional community and strive to constantly develop your skills. Your independence and ability to navigate challenging situations make you particularly suitable in an environment where the framework is continuously shaped and where you actively contribute to defining your own role.

• Technically, we would like you to have experience with;
• Spring Framework/Spring Boot,
• Version management (GIT),
• Containers (Docker/Kubernetes),
• Microservices-based architecture,
• Databases such as MySQL, NoSQL, Oracle,
• Frontend frameworks such as Angular, React or Vue,
• Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP (Google).
• It is also an advantage if you have a background from...
• Projects with agile development, Scrum or similar at the fore,
• Senior roles in consulting houses with a focus on IT development, and
• Projects in the financial or public sector.
• Finally, it is a requirement to speak and write fluent Danish, as you will form an integral part of our customers' teams.
