Job description

Role Summary

The Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate, timely estimates in support of company revenue, margin, and backlog objectives.

Location: LATAM 100% Remote. Working hours are based on the US Central Daylight Time Zone.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions

  • Prepare estimates in accordance with company standards and procedures.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and scopes of work to identify quantities, assumptions, and

exclusions.

  • Develop estimates using approved tools, systems, and templates.
  • Participate in bid strategy discussions and scope reviews.
  • Identify scope gaps, assumptions, exclusions, and estimating risks.
  • Support pursuit and proposal efforts through accurate, timely estimating input.

Requirements

Required Education and Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in commercial construction estimating or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated understanding of estimating processes and procedures.
  • Experience working with estimating software and takeoff tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • 100% remote office environment with high-speed internet
