Role Summary
- Senior EPC Project Manager (Turnkey Infrastructure) (m/f/d)
- Biogas, biomethane and biomass cogeneration power plant projects
- Location: Germany (Remote) (Nort, West region)

We are looking for an experienced senior EPC project manager (turnkey infrastructure) for the development and implementation of our biogas, biomethane and biomass projects.
In this role, you will take on holistic responsibility for planning, tendering, awarding, contract management as well as the implementation of infrastructure and construction services within our energy projects.
This not only includes the classic infrastructure trades such as buildings, roads and media connections, but also the overarching responsibility for construction scheduling, scheduling, construction cost budgets and implementation coordination.
You act as a central interface between internal teams and all external companies and partners involved in the project and control all infrastructural project components until successful completion.
Completed studies in
civil engineering;
industrial engineering;
or comparable.
Alternatively
Construction technician/master with appropriate experience.

Responsibilities
Project responsibility (Turnkey EPC)
- Overall responsibility for the infrastructure and construction portion within EPC projects;
- Responsibility for construction process and scheduling (scheduling, sequencing, coordination);
- Responsibility for the construction cost budget and ongoing cost control;
- Coordination of all companies and partners involved in the project (e.g. construction companies, planning offices, suppliers and installation companies).
- Technical purchasing and tender management
- Preparation of service descriptions and tender documents;
Obtaining and coordinating offers for infrastructure services such as:
- Halls and operational buildings;
- office and social buildings;
- road and land construction;
- earthworks and civil engineering work;
- Electrical infrastructure (grid connection, transformer stations, cabling);
- water and sewer connections;
- gas connections and network infrastructure;
- Building and maintaining a network of construction companies, suppliers and partners;
- Organizing and conducting bidder discussions.
Tender evaluation and awarding
Development of standardized evaluation methods for offers, and economic and technical comparison regarding:
- price;
- Quality;
- appointments;
- Risks: Preparation of award recommendations and participation in contract negotiations and award decisions.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in
- construction or infrastructure projects;
- Tendering and awarding of construction services;
- Contract management (EPC / construction contracts);
- Construction supervision and project implementation;
- Experience with industrial facilities or energy projects an advantage;
- Knowledge of construction contract law (ideally VOB).
- Language skills
- German (C1);
- English (at least B2).
- Personal skills
- Strong communication skills;
- Structured and economic way of thinking;
- Strong negotiation skills;
- Technical understanding of construction and infrastructure projects;
- High organizational skills and sense of responsibility;
- Hands-on mentality and assertiveness.
