Role Summary
Senior environmental advisor - Environmental geology/Environmental mapping - Bodø

Rambøll is looking for an experienced senior environmental consultant who wants to be based in Bodø.
We are looking for an adviser who has long and solid experience in the above-mentioned areas of expertise. Especially with regard to marketing work and the acquisition of customers and assignments by utilizing our own network, who has a good understanding of profitable business operations at department and project level, assignment management, and strong professional expertise that will strengthen Rambøll's position within contaminated land and environmental mapping. - Your most important areas of responsibility and tasks will be:
- Close follow-up of existing customers and acquisition of new customers and projects that ensure work for more than yourself
- Contribute to the department's profitability by ensuring a good margin in projects and a high debit rate for yourself and others
- Consulting and planning within the fields of contaminated land and/or environmental mapping
Mapping of contamination in soil or building stock, including fieldwork, risk assessment, action planning and follow-up.
Applications against pollution authorities
Training of juniors and professional support for employees in the field

About you
Higher education from university, college or equivalent with a relevant subject choice within e.g. environmental geology, chemistry, PFAS, geology, soil and water chemistry or construction/environmental engineering
- Experience from work with contaminated land and/or environmental mapping
- Knowledge of relevant supervisors and regulations
- Broad knowledge of the external environment and experience with government processes
- Experience from fieldwork and sampling
- Good Norwegian (and preferably English) written presentation skills
- Driving license class B
- Preferably 7-8 years of relevant work experience
Market- and business-oriented with the ability to create added value for the customer.
