Role Summary

We are looking for a senior environmental advisor

The Sustainable Building section consists of advisers with specialist expertise in the environment, energy and building physics. We work purposefully to reduce the environmental impact from construction and construction through greenhouse gas accounting, LCA, environmental mapping, climate risk and advice in the circular economy. We assist builders and contractors in setting environmental targets, implementing measures and documenting results - from tender work to completion.

With us, you will play a central role in the sustainability work in some of the country's most exciting building and construction projects. The section works with greenhouse gas calculations, climate risk, environmental mapping and strategic advice - from early phase to detailed project. You will be part of a strong professional environment with a high ability to execute and great influence in assignments.

We work closely with both public and private developers, and deliver sustainable solutions through concrete measures, interdisciplinary collaboration and holistic advice. Our assignments range from schools and public purpose buildings to commercial buildings, rehabilitation and strategic consultancy for municipalities and real estate players.

  • Typical work tasks
  • Prepare greenhouse gas accounts and life cycle cost analyses
  • Advice in circular economy, reuse and emission reduction
  • Environmental mapping and follow-up in construction projects
  • Contribute to tender work and assessment of environmental requirements
  • Develop internal methods and share knowledge in the professional environment

Requirements

  • Education at master's level in the environment, construction, energy or similar
  • Minimum 5 years' experience from consulting engineering
  • Experience with tools such as OneClick LCA, Simien or similar
  • Knowledge of NS 3720, the taxonomy and environmental follow-up plans
  • Good written and oral skills in Norwegian
  • Structured and professionally engaged
  • Thrives both in independent work and in interdisciplinary teams
