Responsibilities
Your daily challenges
- ✅ EASA Certification: Manage the certification of new devices in development as well as their developments, in close collaboration with the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA). You will be at the heart of the processes that allow helicopters to take flight safely.
- ✅ Flight Clearances: Develop flight clearances for prototypes and serial devices, ensuring each step meets the highest standards.
✅ Leadership and project management: As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the success of projects:
- Ensure rigorous monitoring of schedules and budgets, ensuring compliance of deliverables.
- Lead your team to maintain a high level of expertise and motivation.
- Strategic reporting: Present progress and recommendations to your Project Manager and Project Director, actively contributing to decision-making.
Requirements
Challenging missions at the heart of helicopter certification
- Within our team dedicated to Helicopter Certification and Qualification, you will be responsible for supervising a team of expert consultants.
- Your role will be key to guaranteeing the compliance and security of tomorrow's devices.
- You are a qualified engineer or holder of a Bac+5 and have significant experience of at least 4 years in the aeronautical industry, including successful managerial experience.
Key skills
- A thorough understanding of airworthiness and certification regulations is essential for this position, in particular:
- PART21 / EMAR21 (certification and approval of aeronautical products),
- Part145 (maintenance and repairs),
- CS27/CS29 (helicopter certification standards).
- This knowledge will allow you to effectively manage your missions and guarantee project compliance.
