Senior Developer Python

Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive and curious Senior Python Developer.

You will play a key role in enhancing our backend services and making our product more stable and appealing to clients. Join us and share your innovative ideas to contribute to our team's success.

Responsibilities - Develop Python backend services with a focus on HTTP APIs using Python, SQL, and FastAPI

• Collaborate effectively with team members to define and implement solutions
• Participate in team planning sessions and other SCRUM ceremonies
• Propose ideas to improve product stability and user experience
• Write clean and maintainable code adhering to best practices
• Review code to ensure quality and adherence to standards
• Assist in debugging and troubleshooting issues as they arise

Requirements - Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field preferred

• 3+ years of production-level experience in Python development
• Advanced knowledge of Python features such as slicing and decorators
• Ability to write clean, readable, and maintainable code following best practices
• Proficiency in working with HTTP APIs, particularly REST
• Strong understanding of type systems, specifically MyPy
• Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level

Nice to have - Experience with FastAPI and Docker

• Familiarity with Kubernetes for container orchestration
• Background in working with relational databases, especially PostgreSQL
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform or Amazon Web Services
