Role Summary

Join our forward-thinking IT company as a Senior Data Architect and take a pivotal role in enhancing our People/Talent Acquisition data systems, such as Workday and Recruiting platforms. If you are skilled in building robust data models for Talent reporting and experienced with Databricks, this role offers the opportunity to shape our data strategies, driving better decision-making, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional value to our customers.

Technologies - People/Talent Acquisition data systems (e.g., Workday, Recruiting)

Responsibilities - Conduct a comprehensive audit of the current data structure and data pipelines

  • Identify gaps in the current data model and propose actionable solutions for improvements
  • Redesign architectural patterns of the data flow to optimize performance and scalability
  • Work closely with various stakeholders to align data strategies with business objectives and Key Performance Indicators
  • Ensure data quality and compliance with data-related regulations and industry best practices
  • Develop strategies for resolving data-related issues, including data quality concerns and system integration challenges
  • Foster a culture of data literacy within the organization, including training and development initiatives around data governance and management

Requirements - Proven experience as a Data Architect with a focus on People/Talent Acquisition data systems (e.g., Workday, Recruiting platforms)

  • Strong background in building and optimizing data models for Talent reporting
  • Experience working with Databricks for data processing and analytics
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to propose innovative solutions
  • Strong understanding of data quality, governance, and compliance best practices
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Nice to have - Experience with data governance frameworks and implementation

  • Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and technologies
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
