Role Summary
Do you want to work with modern desktops in the cloud?
Everyday working life is changing rapidly. It is becoming more digital, distributed and data-driven. For many businesses, the cloud journey is not just about technology, but about how people collaborate, share knowledge, automate everyday work and get more value out of the tools they already use.
At Sopra Steria, we are looking for more technologists and consultants who will help develop the digital workspaces of the future. With us, you will be part of a strong professional environment that works with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, security, governance, user adoption and modern interaction.
Perhaps you are most comfortable with technical configuration and solution design. Perhaps you like working at the intersection between technology, people and business. Or perhaps you have experience with Microsoft 365 and want to develop further towards architecture, consulting or modern cloud-based workspaces.
The most important thing for us is that you want to work with technology that makes everyday work easier, safer and more efficient for our customers.
What can you work with us?
As a consultant within Modern Work, you can work on designing, configuring and further developing digital workspaces for large and complex businesses. You will be involved in the entire lifecycle, from early advice and solution design to implementation, management and continuous improvement.
The tasks can be about Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive, Power Platform and automation of work processes, as well as governance, security, information architecture and access management. You can also work with migration and modernization of interaction solutions, consultancy related to user adoption and change work, and explore how Copilot and artificial intelligence can be used in a safe and useful way.
You don't need to know all of this. We are more concerned with what you can do today, what you are curious about, and where you want to develop further.
Requirements
We are looking for you who have technical experience or a strong interest in Microsoft 365, digital workspaces, collaboration and cloud-based productivity solutions.
You preferably have experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint and/or Power Platform, and you may have worked with configuration, management, migration or solution design. You understand how technology can contribute to better collaboration and more efficient work processes, and you are concerned with security, structure, governance and good information flow. At the same time, you thrive in dialogue with customers and are able to make technical possibilities understandable and relevant. Perhaps you also want to develop further as a technical consultant, advisor or architect.
That's why you should choose us
With us, you will be part of a strong professional environment where expertise sharing, development and curiosity are at the centre. We make it possible for you to develop professionally through certifications, courses and conferences, and we actively invest in you becoming the best in your field.
We offer competitive conditions and flexibility in everyday working life, with six weeks holiday, full pay during parental leave and sickness, good pension and insurance schemes and private health insurance. You also get access to company cabins, a contribution to the fitness center and a social environment where there is always something going on. With us, there must be room for both ambitions and balance in everyday life.
