Senior Consultant – SuccessFactors Employee Central (m/w/d)

Role Summary

As a Senior Consultant (m/f/d) you are the driving force in our SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central projects. You are directly present with the customer, take responsibility for implementation and ensure that requirements are put into practice efficiently. Your everyday life is characterized by operational project work, close coordination with customers and team members, and the continuous development of solutions in the system.

Responsibilities

• You advise our customers on the introduction and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and implement the requirements together with them
• The independent configuration of the modules, conducting workshops and presentations to customers are part of your daily business
• You analyze processes, develop practical solutions and ensure that the systems are optimally tailored to the needs of customers
• In everyday project life, you work closely with related areas such as the platform and interfaces and ensure that everything runs smoothly
• You are the first point of contact for support requests, find solutions quickly and support customers with specific questions
• Offers and presentations are created in close collaboration with your project team

Consulting means flexibility: Your project assignment depends on our customers and your project situation - you work throughout Germany in our offices, at the customer's site and from home

Requirements

• You have a completed degree in (business) information technology, mathematics, economics or a comparable field of study
• You have a certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central; ideally, you also have experience in other SAP SuccessFactors modules
• Your years of project and consulting experience in the SAP environment make you a valuable team member
• You are hands-on, work in a solution-oriented manner and enjoy taking responsibility directly for the customer
• You have knowledge of handling master data and transferring it into SuccessFactors data models
• Very good knowledge of German (at least C1 level) and knowledge of English round off your profile
