Senior Consultant Cybersecurity Bundeswehr (m/w/d)

Role Summary

• Advising our customers in the defense and defense industry on modernization and digitalization projects in the area of information security
• Creation of information security concepts for complex and highly exciting IT systems
• Carrying out risk and vulnerability analyzes and deriving security measures to increase information security

Advice on security-related questions in the areas of patch and configuration management, data protection, IAM, cloud security, etc.

Accompanying presales situations and managing consulting offers

Consulting means flexibility: Your project assignment depends on our customers and your project situation - you work throughout Germany in our offices, at the customer's site and from home

Requirements

• Completed studies in (business) computer science, mathematics, economics or other successfully completed vocational training with a focus on IT
• Experience in the topic of information security and information security concepts in the Bundeswehr (e.g. through a role as SaZ at BAAINBw, DEUmilSAA, ZCSBw, as an information security officer or through several years of experience as a security consultant)
• Knowledge of common Bundeswehr regulations for information security, confidentiality and data protection
• Experience in creating information security concepts according to the specifications of the Bundeswehr (A-9601/1, as well as the working aids of DEUmilSAA and KdoCIR)
• Knowledge of common standards for information security, including BSI IT-Grundschutz and ISO 27001; ideally, you have certification in this field
• Good knowledge of German (from B2 level) and knowledge of English
