Senior Consultant SAP Tax and Collection Public Sector (m/w/d)

Role Summary

You advise our customers on how to design revenue management in a business context and implement it technically based on existing and innovative technologies

The work takes place directly with our customers to manage the collection of technical and legal requirements; You will create organizational and technical implementation concepts

• The development of integration scenarios between budget, revenue management and cash register is also your responsibility
• You actively identify technological innovations in the context of revenue management and proactively create scenarios and roadmaps
• You are responsible for the implementation and change management concepts in order to anchor the processes sustainably in the organization

You develop AI-supported solution approaches and automations, critically evaluate their added value and application limits and derive concrete impulses from them to further develop existing processes and establish new ones

Consulting means flexibility: Your project assignment depends on our customers and your project situation - you work throughout Germany in our offices, at the customer's site and from home

Requirements

• You have completed a degree in (business) computer science, mathematics, economics or a comparable course of study
• Your practical experience in accounts receivable accounting, tax collection and/or invoicing is your asset
• You have a proven knowledge of the revenue processes and legal principles in the public sector and know how financial flows are integrated from planning to reporting
• Application and/or customizing and development knowledge in the SAP-based solutions SAP FI, SAP SD, SAP PS-CD and/or SAP PSM round off your profile
• Ideally, you also have experience in the tax law assessment of budgetary expenditure processes, in particular §2b UStG
• You know how to use AI tools in a targeted and reflective manner, evaluate results critically and effectively incorporate current technological developments and innovative impulses into your work, projects and customer solutions
• You speak both good German (from B2 level) and English
