Senior Consultant SAP SuccessFactors - Employee Central Time (m/w/d)

Role Summary

Your tasks will include advising and supporting our customers on SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects, especially with a focus on SuccessFactors Employee Central Time

• You analyze customer requirements, develop implementable solutions and demonstrate best practices for optimal use of SAP SuccessFactors
• Carrying out workshops, demonstrating and independently configuring the modules in the system are your area of responsibility
• You plan the activities within an implementation project and coordinate closely with related areas such as platform and interfaces
• In topic management, you will actively work on the further development of our EC team, develop new topics and pass on your knowledge
• In support projects, you support our customers with specific questions and ensure quick solutions
• You will work on the technical development of customer offers and presentations together with your team members

You develop AI-supported solution approaches and automations, critically evaluate their added value and application limits and derive concrete impulses from them to further develop existing processes and establish new ones

Consulting means flexibility: Your project assignment depends on our customers and your project situation - you work throughout Germany in our offices, at the customer's site and from home

Requirements

• You have a degree in (business) computer science, mathematics, economics or comparable professional training
• You are certified in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time and ideally in another SAP SuccessFactors module
• Developing and advancing ideas suits you and you are interested in growing with us and implementing our vision
• Your extensive project and consulting experience complements the team perfectly
• You are familiar with billing and can trace customer requirements back to SuccessFactors data models and corresponding objects
• You know how to use AI tools in a targeted and reflective manner, evaluate results critically and effectively incorporate current technological developments and innovative impulses into your work, projects and customer solutions
• Good knowledge of German (from B2 level) and knowledge of English round off your profile
