Role Summary
- You design and implement collective bargaining, legal and company-specific requirements within payroll accounting and/or time management with SAP HCM
- You will apply your in-depth technical and methodological knowledge in implementation and existing projects across industries
- You will also recognize and understand customer requirements and advise our customers on their feasibility
- You will join a very well-functioning team that values the exchange of ideas and supports each other
You develop AI-supported solution approaches and automations, critically evaluate their added value and application limits and derive concrete impulses from them to further develop existing processes and establish new ones
In this position you will work predominantly hybrid, regular business trips are not required
Requirements
- You have a degree in (business) computer science, mathematics or economics
- You have also already gained extensive knowledge and experience in implementation projects in the areas of SAP HCM Payroll and/or SAP HCM Time Management
- Very good technical knowledge of human resources work in the private sector and/or in the public sector in the areas of payroll accounting and/or time management are part of your repertoire
- You know how to use AI tools in a targeted and reflective manner, evaluate results critically and effectively incorporate current technological developments and innovative impulses into your work, projects and customer solutions
- Good knowledge of German (from B2 level) and ideally good knowledge of English round off your profile
