Senior Consultant SAP CO und PS Public Sector (m/w/d)

Role Summary

As an SAP Consultant for Controlling & Project System, you will take on a responsible role in SAP transformation, implementation and optimization projects

Together with customers and project teams, you will develop viable concepts for the planning, control and transparency of project-oriented business processes and accompany their implementation throughout the relevant project phases

• You map project, cost, budget and investment processes in SAP and continuously optimize them
• You independently carry out requirements analyzes and actively participate in customizing
• You support the teams and customers with tests, training, go-lives and introductions
• You solve specialist and technical questions in close communication with project teams and customers
• You make an active contribution to building knowledge and exchanging experiences within our SAP community
• As you gain experience, you will take on more responsibility, work on more complex tasks and develop further professionally and methodically

You develop AI-supported solution approaches and automations, critically evaluate their added value and application limits and derive concrete impulses from them to further develop existing processes and establish new ones

Consulting means flexibility: Your project deployment depends on the customer and project situation - throughout Germany, in our offices, on site at the customer's site or hybrid from home

Requirements

• A completed degree in (business) information technology, economics or a comparable qualification forms your basis
• You have in-depth experience in the SAP environment, especially in SAP Controlling (CO) and ideally have already gained knowledge of Project System (PS) and/or Investment Management (IM).
• Ideally, you know the KLR processes in the public sector and have the relevant experience
• You have interest or experience in SAP S/4HANA and SAP cloud technologies
• You are confident in customizing and mapping controlling and project processes
• You are characterized by a structured, solution-oriented way of working as well as team and customer orientation
• You know how to use AI tools in a targeted and reflective manner, evaluate results critically and effectively incorporate current technological developments and innovative impulses into your work, projects and customer solutions
• Very good knowledge of German (at least C1) and good knowledge of English round off your profile
