In the project environment, you take responsibility, structure requirements, moderate stakeholders, prepare decisions and present results clearly and convincingly

Consulting means flexibility: Your project assignment depends on our customers and your project situation - you work throughout Germany in our offices, at the customer's site and from home

  • You are familiar with digital construction processes - whether BIM, CDE, GIS or CAD, you use digital tools in a targeted manner in planning and implementation
  • You analyze complex data in a structured manner, develop reliable scenarios from it and support fact-based decisions
  • In workshops and projects, you bring stakeholders together, structure requirements and present results clearly, appropriately and convincingly
  • Very good knowledge of German at C1 level and good knowledge of English round off your profile

Benefits

  • Further training: extensive technical and methodological training including certifications as well as diverse development prospects within the company

  • Flexible vacation arrangement: 30 days vacation and the option to individually increase or decrease the annual vacation by up to 5 days
  • SpenditCard: In addition to your salary, you have 50 euros in tax-free credit available every month, which you can use flexibly for shops in your area
  • IT equipment: We support you in equipping you with the additional equipment you need for optimal location-flexible work
  • Mobility: Company car and company bicycle through salary conversion and subsidy for the Deutschlandticket
  • Our mindset: team spirit, open doors, first-name culture, lived diversity
