As a Senior Consultant (m/f/d) for Due Diligence (DD) in the area of Environment and Health & Safety (EHS), you will be part of our “Compliance, Strategy and Transactions” service line and supervise local and international DD projects. We are very heavily involved in M&A activities and support our customers in transactions (buy- and sell-side) with well-founded EHS risk assessments and practical recommendations. Your staff is dynamic, innovative and internationally positioned. In collaboration, you will play a crucial role in defining and executing projects.

Requirements

Your main tasks will be the following

  • Planning, implementing and controlling EHS DD projects at local and international levels and guiding project teams
  • Technical, environmental and financial risk assessment of EHS aspects
  • Participation in preparing offers and customer communication.
  • Supporting EHS compliance programs for our customers from a wide range of industrial sectors.

About you

Ramboll values diversity. Do you already have relevant EHS knowledge or several years of experience in the DD environment and would like to advance your career in our team? What is particularly important to us is:

  • Several years of practical professional experience in other companies where you have personally carried out and managed EHS due diligence projects
  • A geo, natural, environmental or engineering science degree or comparable training
  • A quick comprehension and the ability to work efficiently, proactively and independently

Very good knowledge of German and English is essential, not only for communication in our international network, but also for conducting interviews on EHS topics during company inspections
