Role Summary

In consulting projects in the public sector, you work on strategic issues of digital transformation and advise managers at the federal level - for example in ministries and federal authorities - on organizational and technological decisions

You will actively contribute your own experience to the further development of our consulting portfolio in the area of process management and digital transformation in the public sector

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, business informatics, political science, administrative science or a comparable subject
  • Relevant professional experience – at least three years – has already been gained in an IT management consultancy with a focus on the public sector
  • Experience in creating analyses, presentations and decision templates is available; You also move confidently in management-related contexts
  • Ideally, you have certifications or in-depth knowledge of relevant methods and frameworks, such as Scrum, PRINCE2, ITIL, COBIT or TOGAF
  • In addition, you ideally have knowledge of process modeling standards such as BPMN2.0 as well as experience with process management and modeling tools such as ADONIS, BIC or comparable tools
  • Experience or a strong interest in AI-supported methods for analyzing and optimizing business processes is an advantage
