Senior Consultant Insurance (m/w/d)

Role Summary

Together with us, you will shape the change of insurance companies as part of digitalization processes and projects.

• You will take on the following tasks, among others:
• As a link between the department and the development team, you support them in describing the requirements and act as a sparring partner
• You work independently on agile and classic implementation projects with tailor-made IT solutions
• In addition, you identify potential for process optimization and develop powerful solution concepts
• As an important contact, you support project management and the project management office
• You provide technical support for the tests of the implemented software
• You are motivated to contribute to the further development and presentation of our service offerings

Requirements

• You have completed a degree in (business) informatics, mathematics, economics or a comparable course of study
• You have already gained experience in requirements engineering or business analysis at the interface between the specialist and IT departments
• You have in-depth experience in the area of insurance products or core insurance processes
• You also have excellent communication and moderation skills as well as analytical thinking and abstraction skills
• A confident demeanor with customers and a resilient approach to time-critical (customer) inquiries are a given for you
• Very good knowledge of German (from C1 level) and knowledge of English round off your qualifications
