Senior Consultant for SAP VIM (m/w/d)

Role Summary

As a senior consultant for SAP VIM, you will take on a responsible role in SAP transformation, implementation and optimization projects

Together with customers and project teams, you will develop viable concepts for optimizing SAP-based VIM processes and support their implementation throughout all relevant project phases

As part of digital transformation initiatives, you will support our customers in optimizing and digitizing financial and invoicing processes with SAP VIM by OpenText

• You will design and implement modern, integrated solutions in the SAP Accounts Payable environment - from analysis to go live
• You are responsible for carrying out business blueprints, design workshops and functional gap analyzes in close coordination with the departments
• You will take on hands-on tasks such as customizing, testing and support activities independently and ensure the quality of the solutions in the project
• You are actively involved in the preparation and implementation of go-live activities as well as in post-go-live phases
• You train users and pass on knowledge to customers and project teams
• In close collaboration with OpenText and internal experts, you will be involved in the further development of solution and product approaches

You develop AI-supported solution approaches and automations, critically evaluate their added value and application limits and derive concrete impulses from them to further develop existing processes and establish new ones

Consulting means flexibility: Your project deployment depends on the customer and project situation - throughout Germany, in our offices, at the customer's site and remotely from home

Requirements

• A completed degree in business informatics, computer science, economics or comparable training forms your basis
• You have sound practical and project experience in the SAP environment with a focus on authorizations, ideally in the context of complex system and process landscapes
• You are application-safe in the conception and implementation of SAP authorization concepts (SAP ECC, SAP Fiori) as well as in user access management
• Ideally, you have already gained knowledge of authorization tools and identity services in the SAP BTP environment (e.g. SAP IAS/IPS).
• You have a good understanding of SAP business processes and their secure, role-based mapping in authorization concepts
• You are characterized by a structured and analytical way of working, a high level of customer orientation and strong communication and teamwork skills
• You are interested in professional development and working in digital transformation and S/4HANA projects

You use AI tools in a targeted and reflective manner, evaluate results critically and bring current technological developments and innovative impulses effectively into your work, projects and

customer solutions

Very good knowledge of German (at least C1 level) as well as knowledge of spoken and written English round off your profile
