Senior Consultant for SAP Authorizations (m/f/d)

Role Summary

As a senior consultant for SAP authorizations, you will take on a responsible role in SAP transformation, implementation and optimization projects

Together with customers and project teams, you will develop viable concepts for optimizing SAP-based authorization processes and support their implementation throughout all relevant project phases

• You advise our customers on the conception, introduction and further development of SAP authorizations as part of SAP S/4HANA and SAP Cloud projects
• You create, analyze and optimize SAP authorization concepts - including redesigns and their implementation in the project context
• In close collaboration with departments and SAP consultants, you design process-oriented, audit-proof access concepts
• You independently carry out workshops, fit gap analyzes and presentations to coordinate target concepts with our customers
• You will actively support the implementation and operation of user and access management processes, including emergency user concepts
• You will bring your technical understanding to modern SAP architectures and identity-related issues and contribute to their further development

Depending on your experience and project context, you will take on technical responsibility, e.g. B. in quality assurance, in coaching colleagues or in (partial) project management

You develop AI-supported solution approaches and automations, critically evaluate their added value and application limits and derive concrete impulses from them to further develop existing processes and establish new ones

Consulting means flexibility: Your project deployment depends on the customer and project situation - throughout Germany, in our offices, at the customer's site and remotely from home

Requirements

• A completed degree in business informatics, computer science, economics or comparable training forms your basis
• You have sound practical and project experience in the SAP environment with a focus on authorizations, ideally in the context of complex system and process landscapes
• You are application-safe in the conception and implementation of SAP authorization concepts (SAP ECC, SAP Fiori) as well as in user access management
• Ideally, you have already gained knowledge of authorization tools and identity services in the SAP BTP environment (e.g. SAP IAS/IPS).
• You have a good understanding of SAP business processes and their secure, role-based mapping in authorization concepts
• You are characterized by a structured and analytical way of working, a high level of customer orientation and strong communication and teamwork skills
• You are interested in professional development and working in digital transformation and S/4HANA projects
• You know how to use AI tools in a targeted and reflective manner, evaluate results critically and effectively incorporate current technological developments and innovative impulses into your work, projects and customer solutions
• Very good knowledge of German (at least C1 level) as well as knowledge of spoken and written English round off your profile
