Role Summary

As a Senior Consultant, you work with our clients to advise and support them in their business transformation projects.

Your role and missions

In this capacity, you work within a project team close to an operational manager. Your missions will be as follows:

Ensure the framing and implementation of structuring projects: construction of a roadmap, impact analysis, study of the existing situation, development of a target, planning of operational activities, etc.

Support our clients in achieving their business objectives by questioning their organizations in order to make them more efficient. You will thus be required to contribute to improving the operational performance and services of our customers,

• Think about optimizing business processes and streamlining customer journeys,
• Lead the change associated with transformations aimed at modernizing tools,
• Contribute to the digital transformation of our clients' businesses by proposing innovative use cases (big data and predictive models, blockchain, RPA),
• Deploy new working methods (agility, co-design, Lean/Lean-IT) and innovative solutions,

As a Senior consultant within the Public Services Practice, you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to internal projects and the life of the firm. An overview of what we offer:

Requirements

• Graduate of an engineering school, business school, university or equivalent, you closely follow the transformations in society and want to have an impact on it.
• You have at least 2 years of experience within a consulting firm and ideally a first experience with Public Sector stakeholders.
• You have a digital culture and an appetite for digital tools and innovations.
• You are recognized for your ability to work independently, the quality of your deliverables and your interpersonal skills.
• You have demonstrated your ability to adapt within varied and demanding customer environments.
