Role Summary

Together with our customers, you develop new business models for the healthcare system of tomorrow
advises our customers on all aspects of digitalization, transformation and digital health and thus makes a significant contribution to digitalization and transformation in the healthcare system
Identify new customer needs and implement them in projects in order to enable customers, patients and insured persons to continue to receive high-quality and smart care in the future
Increase efficiency and effectiveness for our customers through tailor-made organizational, process and technology solutions and actively support cultural change
Consulting means flexibility: Your project assignment depends on our customers and your project situation - you work throughout Germany in our offices, at the customer's site and from home
Requirements
- You have a completed degree with an economics, technical and/or scientific focus or comparable professional training
- You have at least 3 years of professional experience with players in the German healthcare system or in consulting
- You know IT and management consulting methods and have a methodological focus
- You enjoy digitalization and innovation topics
- You have team spirit, quality awareness and enjoy dealing with customers
- Good knowledge of German (from B2 level) and knowledge of English round off your profile
