Senior Consultant - Data Strategy & Governance - Nantes

Role Summary

Based in Nantes and under the supervision of a manager, you will work on major digital transformation projects (strategic orientations and securing critical business processes) in various sectors (energy, public sector, defense, transport, banking/insurance, aeronautics, etc.).

A key player within the firm, you will actively participate in its development in an agile and collaborative model. As such, your missions within your client projects are as follows:

• Construction of strategies & governance (Data, IT)
• Support for the implementation of the Data and AI strategy:
• Carrying out digital and data audits and diagnostics
• Support on Business/IT transformation programs as management support, Product Owner or Product Manager
• Carrying out scoping studies and defining implementation approaches
• Identification of issues and needs
• Analysis of the existing
• Carrying out benchmarks
• Construction of roadmaps
• Deployment strategy
• Implementation of pragmatic and agile approaches focused on providing business value:
• Identification and qualification of functional, digital, data or AI use cases with Businesses and IT
• Development monitoring
• Facilitating workshops with users
• Development and implementation of digital, Data, AI and IT service offerings:
• Identification of issues and needs
• Identification and collection of data to analyze
• Formalization of calculation rules and indicator calculations
• Building dashboards
• Using artificial intelligence models

Requirements

• You have 2 to 5 years of experience in a consulting firm on data missions, particularly in strategy, governance or management, and also in managing transformation projects with a strong digital and technological component
• You are able to work on customer accounts of different sizes and understand strategic, operational, business or IT subjects
• Graduated with a Bac+5 and from a Business or Engineering school, University, you have an IT background and an appetite for new technologies and themes around “data”
• Autonomous, empathetic, proactive, attentive, and results-oriented, your excellent interpersonal skills allow you to be at ease with different people. You are used to working in a team, sometimes in international contexts.
