Responsibilities

Would you like to support companies in designing modern and safe workplace solutions and contribute your know-how to demanding customer projects? As a (Senior) Consultant Cloud Basic / Endpoint, you will support our customers in the further development of their IT landscapes - from strategic consulting to conception to the successful implementation of future-proof cloud and endpoint solutions. You will work closely with our customers and develop sustainable solutions that optimally combine technical innovation and business requirements.

• You advise our customers on the strategic planning, modernization and further development of their endpoint, security and modern workplace environments based on Microsoft 365 and support them in the transformation to modern cloud operating models.
• You analyze existing endpoint, identity and security landscapes, develop sustainable architecture and migration concepts and support their implementation in close collaboration with our customers.
• You design holistic solutions around Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Entra ID, Microsoft Defender and Windows Hello for Business, taking security, compliance and zero trust requirements into account.
• You support our customers in the introduction and optimization of modern endpoint and security solutions and are available to them as a competent contact person for technical questions.
• You conduct workshops, architecture reviews and security assessments, identify optimization potential and derive sustainable recommendations for action from this.
• You support presales activities through technical advice, the creation of solution concepts and effort estimates and are actively involved in the development of individual customer solutions.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of practical experience in planning, designing and implementing Microsoft endpoint management and security solutions
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Microsoft Defender, Entra ID and Microsoft 365
• Experience in developing architecture, migration and transformation concepts in the modern workplace environment
• Very good knowledge of endpoint security, conditional access, compliance, security baselines and zero trust
• Strong consulting, communication and moderation skills as well as a confident demeanor in the customer environment
• Experience in conducting workshops, requirements analyzes and creating technical concepts and service descriptions
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
• Ideally current Microsoft certifications (e.g. MD-102, MS-102, SC-300, SC-200 or SC-100)
• 5 or more years of project experience in the Microsoft 365, endpoint and security environment is desirable
