Role Summary

• In your role, you will develop and operate modern AWS cloud architectures that are used productively by customers and continuously developed
• You will independently design enterprise architectures based on AWS and establish best practices from evaluation to documentation
• Together with departments and development teams, you plan, coordinate and support changes and releases throughout the entire lifecycle
• With an analytical eye, you evaluate new AWS technologies and architectural patterns such as microservices, data & analytics, AI or event-driven approaches
• You proactively identify optimization potential in existing applications with a focus on stability, performance, security and automation
• You always keep an eye on trends in the cloud environment and bring relevant technological impulses into customer projects

Consulting means flexibility: Your project assignment depends on our customers and your project situation - you work throughout Germany in our offices, at the customer's site and from home

Requirements

• You have a completed degree in (business) computer science, mathematics, natural sciences or economics or comparable professional training with relevant practical experience
• You have in-depth knowledge of cloud architectures, application and infrastructure design as well as common architectural principles
• You have practical experience in AWS Cloud Computing (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) as well as DevOps and automation approaches
• You also have experience with Infrastructure as Code and scripting (e.g. Terraform, CloudFormation, Bash, PowerShell or Python).
• Knowledge of CI/CD, modern operating models (e.g. GitOps, SRE, Platform Engineering) is an advantage
• Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or SysOps Administrator are desirable
• You have strong analytical strengths and communication skills to convey complex content in an appropriate manner
• You have good knowledge of German and English (from B2 level)
