Requirements

• You have a Bac +5 degree from an engineering or business school or university equivalent and you have a good level of English.
• You have 3 years of significant experience in a consulting firm, particularly in change management and management of transformation projects with a strong digital and technological component.
• You have participated in projects with strategic, organizational and transformation issues with a strong business and human dimension. You have a digital culture and a personal appetite for innovation.
• Autonomous, empathetic, proactive, attentive, and results-oriented, your excellent interpersonal skills allow you to be at ease with different people. You are used to working in a team, in international contexts.

Attached to Sopra Steria Next, you will join the Lyon Consulting practice as a Senior Consultant to support the digital transformation of our clients. The Lyon Consulting practice has around 55 employees, spread across 2 sites in Auvergne Rhône Alpes: Limonest and Clermont Ferrand. We support our clients' managers in their digital transformation projects and programs, particularly around 3 major themes: IT Advisory (particularly on data governance), digitalization of the supply chain and support for human capital.

The mission

The Lyon Consulting practice will allow you to work within a human-sized team, with experienced managers and experts in digital transformation professions. As such, your missions within your client projects will be as follows:

Support for businesses in the implementation of a project/program transformation strategy into an operational framework: understanding, formalization and synthesis of business processes;

• Framing and definition of the organization (human, material, financial resources) and the project method
• Construction of change/communication strategies and implementation approaches
• Creation of communication plans
• Creation of media (in French and English): writing presentations / newsletter / editorial content / graphic creations on PPT, Video or print media to support change management
• Animation and measurement of performance in the implementation of the plan
• Animation of workshops with users, stakeholders, project sponsors
