As a business consultant (m/f/d) you will support savings banks in the further development of OSPlus/OSPlus_neo - from strategy to implementation. With your expertise, you will optimize processes, develop innovative solutions and provide advice at eye level. Become part of a team that will shape the financial world of tomorrow!
- In addition to your work in our projects, the following areas of responsibility await you:
- In order to advance the digitalization of savings banks, you will develop innovative solutions
- Accompany the entire OSPlus rollout from the initial idea to implementation
- In various internal project groups you can actively participate in the further development of future topics and help shape our culture at Sopra Steria
- You represent Sopra Steria at trade fairs and events and win new talent for us
- Develop your career individually – whether as a project manager, technical expert or team lead
Consulting means flexibility: Your project assignment depends on our customers and your project situation - you work throughout Germany in our offices, at the customer's site and from home
Requirements
- Completed banking training or a completed degree in (business) computer science, mathematics, economics or a comparable degree
- You have already gained initial experience in project work or project management and feel at home in the banking world and its complex technical topics
- You enjoy digitalization topics and are willing to delve deeply into complex topics
- Good knowledge of German (from B2 level) and knowledge of English round off your profile
