  • Your mission: to make events a powerful lever for notoriety, engagement and commercial performance, by bringing a creative and ambitious vision to each activation.

As a Senior Events Manager, you bring much more than expertise in event project management: you instill ideas for original and differentiating concepts, capable of making an impression and sustainably strengthening our presence in the health ecosystem. You manage large-scale events, from design to on-site execution, with a requirement for quality and impact at each stage.

You support the complete lifecycle of strategic B2B events such as congresses, medical shows, product keynotes, webinars or proprietary events. You are a source of suggestions on the formats, experiences and systems that will allow Doctolib to stand out, while guaranteeing impeccable execution in the field.

Cross-functionally, you work closely with the Sales, Product Marketing, Growth, Brand & Content and Sales Enablement teams to ensure that each event is consistent with business priorities, well anchored in commercial realities and designed to generate a measurable impact. You know how to bring together diverse stakeholders around a common creative vision, and move fluidly from ideation to operational action.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to

  • Design and manage a portfolio of strategic B2B events by bringing a strong creative vision and innovative concepts to each project, from the initial idea to field execution.
  • Propose differentiating event formats, by imagining memorable experiences that reflect Doctolib's ambition and values, while meeting business objectives.
  • Take charge of the entire event production: planning, coordination of internal and external stakeholders, management of service providers, management of deliverables and supervision in the field.
  • Define and deploy activation plans aligned with commercial priorities, adapting formats and concepts according to audiences, territories and targeted objectives.
  • Manage associated budgets with a high level of rigor, optimizing resources to maximize impact.
  • Measure event performance through key indicators such as leads generated, influenced pipeline, conversion rates or ROI, and recommend concrete optimizations based on the results.
  • Coordinate multiple stakeholders, internal and external, to ensure quality of execution, strategic alignment and smooth deployment.
