Role Summary

Execute and supervise financial processes within the R2R (Record to Report), P2P (Procure to Pay) and/or B2C (Bill to Cash) cycles.

Prepare and record accounting entries, account reconciliations and financial analyzes for assigned entities.

Actively participate in monthly accounting closings, guaranteeing the accuracy, integrity and timeliness of financial information.

Prepare financial reports and perform variance analysis to support decision making.

Manage and track open items, bank reconciliations, accounts payable and accounts receivable as appropriate.

Identify opportunities for improvement, automation and optimization of financial processes, participating in transformation projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures and financial controls.

Work collaboratively with global teams and internal stakeholders to resolve complex situations and strengthen operational efficiency.

Monitor KPI and SLA of the area, contributing to the fulfillment of business objectives.

Provide guidance and technical support to team members when required.

Technical knowledge

Mastery of MS Office applications (intermediate level in Excel, Word and PowerPoint).

Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite or similar ERP systems: desirable.

Languages: English B1 desirable, depending on the need of the country of attention.

Requirements

  • Academic training: Professional in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or similar, (experience in a Shared Services Center (SSC) environment is a plus
  • Experience: Minimum experience of 3 - 4 years in final positions.
  • Experience working with local clients and suppliers in the country, preferably.
