Role Summary
DLC is one of Addison Group's five full-time salaried Accounting and Finance bench models with a diverse Fortune 500 client base currently operating in five major markets: Los Angeles, Orange County, San Francisco, Chicago, and Philadelphia. DLC utilizes a full-time salaried employment model & hires professionals with Big 4 CPA experience & / OR graduates from one of the top 25 MBA programs. DLC consultants are highly credentialed, best-in-class senior resources suited to the sophisticated needs of our clients under the office of the CFO.
DLC is seeking experienced Senior Accountants to join our team in Philadelphia. Our dedicated full-time consultants assist clients in diverse and challenging projects spanning accounting, finance, financial reporting, FP&A, financial system implementation, process redesign, post-merger integration and/or project management across a wide variety of industries and companies.

- Prepare month- and year-end financial statements, communicating variances to senior management
- Responsible for cash flow forecasting and cash management
- Support the general ledger monthly close process and reconciliations
- Prepare consolidated financial statements, including balance sheet, income statement, cash flow and shareholder equity at the corporate level for all entities
- Identify process improvements to create efficiencies and automate reporting
- Assist in the integration of systems and processes after acquisition as needed
- Perform complex account analysis to ensure US GAAP compliance
- Assist in drafting footnotes to the financial statements
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures
- Conduct inventory management, annual counts, and analysis
- Support quarterly and annual audit processes
- Maintain fixed asset and depreciation schedules
- Build or enhance reporting packages and/or templates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special ad hoc projects
Requirements
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or related field
- MBA and/or CPA strongly desired or in the process of
- 6+ years of progressive experience in a large corporate accounting role
- Fortune 1000 company experience
- Strong communication skills
- Customer-focused, energetic, adaptable
- Experience utilizing large ERP systems, strong excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups and formulas)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Compensation for this position ranges from $100,000 - $135,000 and will vary depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The compensation may also include incentive compensation in the form of discretionary bonuses.
About the Company
JOIN OUR TEAM
Our DLC Client Services Director will drive business development, sales and networking efforts identifying project opportunities to successfully deploy our bench consultants. Principal responsibility will ensure high utilization & efficiency for the Los Angeles practice with target clients. The CSD will execute the entire client development lifecycle and sales pursuit strategy for our DLC.
Ideal candidates will possess a formal Finance and/or Accounting degree from an accredited four-year university with a strong business development track record within the professional services / consulting sector.
OPPORTUNITY
Execute and lead between 12-15 prospect meetings per week with financial decision-maker executives in assigned target companies building relationships and promoting DLC brand awareness.
Execute in person client meetings with target buyers to introduce DLC services identifying current and future needs developing portfolio of accounts.
Source deal opportunities from active skill marketing, networking and prospect meetings.
Successfully qualify opportunities and build relationships with stakeholders.
Attend, participate and shadow consultant interviews.
Attend pre-engagement meetings to help facilitate and partner closing of projects / scopes of work.
Debrief on potential projects with consultants, provide coaching on engagement performance, while also helping interact with bench consultants.
