Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining a sustainable network of customers and IT experts
• Strategic interface between companies and highly qualified specialists and managers
• Responsible for the entire recruiting process from receiving requirements to placement
• Identifying, approaching and recruiting suitable candidates in the IT environment
• Advising companies on how to accurately fill their vacancies

Requirements

• At least 6 years of proven success in IT recruitment (Perm & Contract)
• Deep market understanding and strong consulting skills at decision-maker level
• Strong network at decision-making and hiring levels with fast monetization
• Hunter and closer mentality combined with high negotiation confidence
• Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative and clear results orientation
