Senior Account Executive
Responsibilities
Responsible for onboarding new participants and providing operational support to issuers, acquirers, processors, and network to network partners. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
Requirements
- Provides support to acquirers, network to network partners, issuers, and processors, and conducts necessary research.
- Supports participants through the semi-annual release process by managing and coordinating efforts.
- Analyzes end-to-end transaction processing, and troubleshoots issues and acceptance complaints.
- Travels up to 10% of the time as required by the role.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration and Management, Information Technology, or Engineering or in lieu of a degree: 4 years of experience in payments or financial services.
- At least 2 years of experience in payments or financial services
Preferred Qualification
- Prior experience supporting business development teams and onboarding new franchises.
- Technical aptitude related to payment systems networks, issuers, and processors.
