Security supervisor

Role Summary

We are looking for a Security Supervisor for the office building of our international client, a leading American software and technology company. In this role you are the connecting link within the team of security guards. You get energy from coordinating, coaching and adjusting colleagues, and ensure a professional and smooth daily operation.

You will work at a location where safety and hospitality are central. You know exactly how to combine these two elements effortlessly.

What are you going to do?

Ensure that all daily activities run smoothly. Checking in with your team members, answering questions from him. Proactively looking for small improvements.

Make sure that work instructions, protocols and communication are always in order.

Do you see opportunities to make processes smarter and more effective and do you provide proactive advice about this?

Processing administration in Excel, among other things.

Requirements

• You are in possession of an MBO 2 Security Guard diploma
• You have at least 4 years of work experience as a security guard, of which at least 1 year in a coordinating role
• You live in the Schiphol area, max. 40 km away, and you have a driving license B and your own transport
• You have very good Dutch and English skills
• You are in possession of a valid emergency response certificate and are preferably a team leader
• You recognize yourself in our core values: integrity, vigilance and helpfulness
• You are stress-resistant, have strong communication skills, customer-oriented and representative
• You have worked in a corporate / business working environment and know how to hold your own here

You have knowledge of Microsoft Office.
